Health and Safety
Prior to treatments, it is mandatory to advise us of your health conditions, pregnancy or any medication/s you may be taking as you may be unable to avail of some treatments
Children
In accordance with health and safety regulations, due to the types of treatments carried out and equipment in the premises, children will not be accommodated in treatment rooms and we appreciate if they are accompanied by an adult in the waiting room.
Tips
This is optional and much to your discretion but we welcome tips for a job well done.
Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment is highly appreciated. This will enable us notify those on the waiting list. It could be you some day.
Late Appointments
As courtesy, we advise all our clients to be prompt for their appointments. If more than 10mins late we will gladly reschedule the appointment but apply a charge for missed appointment or a shortened service will be offered.
Mobile Phones
We keep the Clinic as peaceful as possible and we advise clients to turn off their mobile phones prior to treatments.
